About me
My name is Dominic and I'm a PhD student at the University Babes-Bolyai in the Computer Science department. I started my doctoral studies in October 2020 at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science under the supervision of lect. dr. Rusu Catalin. My research fields are modeling, optimization and simulation architectures. My interest in this area started while working on my master thesis where I studied the application of modeling in the optimization of software engines. The proposed PhD topic High-level Security Attacks on Optimization Mitigations follows the same direction, but this time the focus is on the highly vulnerable aspects of architectures. I also enjoy Algebra and Calculus and in most of my free time I enjoy researching the aspects of Lipschitz Functions.
